How to Deposit

The NUVA Marketplace features an intuitive interface designed for ease of use.

  1. Connect Your Wallet: Visit nuva.finance and connect any wallet that supports your chosen network. Your wallet must hold enough USDC for your intended deposit along with a small amount of the chosen network’s native token to cover gas fees.

  2. Deposit USDC: Select an available vault and enter the amount of USDC you want to deposit.

  3. Receive nvAsset Tokens: Once your deposit is confirmed, you'll receive nvAsset tokens representing your proportional share of the vault's assets directly in your wallet.

  4. Earn Yield: Your nvAsset tokens are expected to appreciate in value as the underlying assets pay interest into the vault. The earning process is completely passive - interest accrues continuously and automatically - no additional action is required.

  5. Hold Indefinitely or Use Across DeFi: Your nvAsset tokens are composable, meaning you can use them across DeFi as high-quality collateral to lend, loop, or strip.

How to Exit: Trade or Withdrawal

You can exit anytime by trading your nvAsset tokens on a decentralized exchange (DEX) or withdrawing them at app.nuva.finanace.

  • Swapping the vault token on a DEX allows you to swap for a different asset (e.g., USDC). This is advantageous for quick liquidity or if the token trades at a premium to its net asset value (NAV) due to high demand.

  • Withdrawing burns the token, returns the underlying assets, and delivers USDC directly to your wallet, ensuring you capture the full value without slippage or market risks.

Trade

nvAsset tokens are standard ERC-20 tokens that are available to be traded on decentralized exchanges. To execute a trade, just follow the instructions of your selected DEX.

Withdrawal

  1. Connect Your Wallet Visit app.nuva.finance and connect the wallet that holds your nvAsset tokens.

  2. Navigate to the Vault Page Select the specific vault token and enter the amount to be withdrawn.

  3. Withdraw USDC Easily convert your nvAsset tokens to USDC anytime and access liquidity as per the vault’s parameters , with no fees during the launch period. Specific details are available on each vault’s page on app.nuva.finance.

  4. Receive USDC You can review the transaction details and confirm the withdrawal in their wallet. Once the withdrawal is processed, you receive the corresponding amount of USDC in their wallet.
